hey :) i started university in september just gone and put alot of weight on due to drinking so much and not eating very well, and i decided it was time for a change, so here i am, trying to change. Oh i dont mind sharing any information, im an open person

i finished all my exams 2 weeks ago and have been celebrating quite a bit since and not had much time for the gym.
This week, however, i got back on track, been to the gym 4 days out of 7 and done a medium work out each time and it seems to have balanced out the alcohol weight cos ive lost 1lbs since i last weighed myself two weeks ago.
Today im going to have some shredded wheat with banana and then take my boyfriend to the gym for a decent session and see what the rest of the day brings :)

slept til one because i didnt sleep at all the night before.
Went to the gym for an hour at about 2 and then went and bought some seed so i can start my own vegetable patch and herb garden and now im contemplating bed so i can get some decent sleep, but first going to finish a bottle of water so i make it up to 2 litres.
